For selected existing electric toothbrush models, 500 units is AileCare’s standard starting point for a branded private label program, not an exceptional small-order arrangement.
It is the quantity at which an existing model carries your logo on the handle and on the box, ships under your brand, and can be reordered on the same product platform, subject to current pricing, component availability and project requirements.

What 500 Units Does Not Include

Custom Colour
A handle colour outside the model’s stock colours starts from about 1,000 units on selected existing models; at that quantity the colour change itself carries no extra charge. Below 1,000 it is not offered.

Fully Custom Retail Box
A box developed from custom artwork and structure typically starts from about 1,000 units. At 500 units it can be quoted, but the per-unit packaging cost is noticeably higher, so it is quoted separately rather than bundled.

Function or Appearance Changes
Any change to modes, motor, structure or housing moves the project to a development route with its own timeline:

If you want to start even smaller, selected stock models in neutral packaging are available from 30 units for market testing, and orders under 100 sets normally ship from neutral stock.

Model Selection & Quotation
You send the model of interest, target market, quantity and branding requirement; availability, colours, packaging and test scope are reviewed. If your brand is built around a sonic platform, see the sonic model list and private label terms.

Samples
Sample route as confirmed for the project, with your logo on handle and box where a branded sample is required.

Deposit & Production
Production timing for a 500-unit starter order is confirmed with the selected model and current schedule. For existing-model orders of 1,000 to 10,000 units, production is typically about 35 to 40 days after approval. Custom packaging or larger runs: 45 to 50 days. Lead time counts from deposit and approved artwork.

Inspection & Shipment
Pre-shipment inspection according to the agreed inspection scope. Shipment by sea or air from Shenzhen.
Planning Reference
For planning purposes, supplier-side sampling and production on an existing-platform project may span roughly 6 to 7 weeks once the production schedule is confirmed.
Buyer approval time and international transit are additional.
Providing these details helps AileCare define the project scope more efficiently.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is 500 units really the standard, or will the price make it impractical?
On selected existing models it is the standard: logo on handle and logo on packaging at 500 units are priced as a normal program. A fully custom box and custom colour are quoted separately, and project-specific accessories, testing or documentation requirements may also affect the quotation.
Do I need to buy replacement heads at the same time?
No. Heads for your model can be ordered with the first run or later as a separate refill order.
What if I want custom colour or a custom box after the first order?
At around 1,000 units, selected existing models support custom colour and fully customised packaging on the same platform. Feasibility and terms are confirmed by model and configuration.
