AileCare supplies electric toothbrushes to oral care brands, consumer-electronics brands and private-label programs. Manufacturing covers injection molding, brush head tufting, assembly, quality control and testing, with OEM, ODM and private-label projects coordinated by AileCare together with the engineering and production teams at the manufacturing base.
Project scope is defined by the confirmed product configuration, customization scope, target market and production plan.

Brand cooperation takes different forms depending on where the product definition originates. Some brands arrive with a finished specification and approved samples. Others build on an existing product platform, or bring a market position and no engineering file at all. The cooperation model — OEM, ODM or private label — follows from that starting point.
Product programs built around a defined oral care range, brush head system and long-term product roadmap.
Retail and DTC programs applying their own brand identity to an established product platform.
Teams extending an existing hardware portfolio into personal care, working from electronics-side product and engineering standards.
Own-brand retail programs with defined packaging, product information and market-entry plans.
Regional partners sourcing electric toothbrushes for their own catalogue, brand or channel accounts.
Cooperation model, engineering input and production readiness are agreed at project start and reflected in the project schedule.
OEM, ODM and private label differ in who defines the product and how much engineering work happens before production release.
For brands who own a finished product design and specification.
STARTING POINT
Approved drawings, samples and bill of materials.
AILECARE ROLE
Build to the approved file. Engineering reviews manufacturability before release.
Confirmed before production: specification, components, packaging artwork, quality criteria.
For brands who have a product direction but no complete engineering file.
STARTING POINT
Product concept, target market and reference products.
AILECARE ROLE
Develop product configuration, appearance and brush head system, then prepare samples for approval.
Confirmed before production: engineering feasibility, approved sample, production readiness.
For brands who want their brand applied to an established product platform.
STARTING POINT
Selected product configuration from an existing platform.
AILECARE ROLE
Apply brand identity, colour, packaging and product information to a proven build.
Confirmed before production: branding application, packaging artwork, product information.
Project scope follows the final product configuration, customization scope, target market and production plan.
Six stages run between a brand’s first product brief and production release.

Product type, customization scope, target market and cooperation model are established at project start.
Handle, brush head system, accessories and customization scope are fixed and signed off by the brand.
Engineering and production review the configuration to confirm it can be built consistently.
Samples, specifications and packaging artwork go to the brand for written approval.
Components, materials, packaging and quality criteria are prepared against the approved file.
Production runs to the approved specification, with the same file carried into repeat orders.
Electric toothbrush production runs through injection molding, brush head tufting, assembly, quality control and testing at the partner manufacturing base — a 17,000+ m² plant established in 2013, operated by 530+ employees with a 50+ R&D team.

Handles, brush head components and related plastic parts are molded at the manufacturing base. Material, colour and surface finish are set against the approved specification.
Brush heads are produced at the manufacturing base, including bristle tufting and assembly. Brush head system and bristle configuration are defined at the product configuration stage.
Component and finished-product assembly for electric toothbrushes, organised around the approved build. Assembly scope per project is confirmed during engineering review.
Quality checks run across incoming materials, in-process manufacturing and finished products, against the criteria approved for the project.
Product verification during manufacturing. Applicable test scope is confirmed per project.
Manufacturing scope is set out on the Manufacturing Overview page, brush head inspection on Brush Head Quality Control, and production-stage quality on the Electric Toothbrush Quality Control Process page.
Customization in a brand program covers product configuration, brush head and accessory selection, appearance, branding, packaging and product information.
Customization is reviewed according to product platform, engineering feasibility and approved project requirements.

Quality on a brand project is decided before production release. What is approved on the specification and the sample is what production is built against, and what inspection is measured against. This section covers how that runs inside a project; the inspection process itself is documented separately.
The signed-off specification, sample and packaging artwork form the reference for production and inspection. Changes go through written approval before they reach the line.
Inspection findings, sample results and open items are reported back to the brand during the project. Third-party or brand-appointed inspection can be arranged into the schedule.
Repeat orders are built against the same approved file, so later batches match the batch the brand originally approved.
Specifications, approved samples, packaging artwork versions and inspection records are held as the project file and carried into follow-on orders.
Inspection stages are documented on the Electric Toothbrush Quality Control Process page, and verification scope on Product Testing & Reliability.
Packaging and product information are prepared against the approved artwork, product configuration and destination market.
Packaging artwork, labeling and SKU configuration are prepared to the approved version for each product and market.
User manuals, product information and on-pack content are aligned to the confirmed product configuration and destination-market language.
Product, packaging and inspection documents are prepared for the confirmed order. Destination-market and buyer-specific document requirements should be confirmed before shipment.
Document scope by destination market is set out on the Compliance & Export Documentation page.

Send the product brief, target market and cooperation model, and the engineering and project teams will review feasibility, customization scope and production readiness before quoting.
